ISE Cultural Foundation will have an exhibition of Tamami Kubota.

Kubota is a painter living in Japan. Kubota captures scenes from daily lives and expresses it with dramatic brush strokes and vivid colors on canvas. In the series of the painting, ¡ÈThe song of a female deer¡É, Kubota draw horns on the female deer. The horns symbolize protection, aggressiveness, weakness, and desires to be strong.

Tamami Kubota:
Born in 1978
Received MFA from Aichi Prefectural University of Arts in 2004.
