We are exhibiting artworks by art students in the United States, Japan and all over the world. ISE Cultural Foundation will accept and display all artwork we receive. Awards are to be given to some artists/artworks selected by jurors, the celebrated art professionals in New York, also New York City Audience Award will be determined by the votes of the audience.
